• Elicit new requirements for system enhancements and write the Business requirements document
• Manage IT projects and identify and resolve system development lifecycle risks
• Work with the vendor on the solution of the requirements and make sure it is in line with the requirements
• Participate in the testing effort and ensure a smooth delivery in production
• Organize and participate in B@NCS training of the end users
• Participate in launching and following up on market projects and initiatives as assigned
• Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
• Communicate and apply project standards
• Provide IT L3 support for production incidents and support tickets and assist in complex functional investigations
• Work with Business stakeholders for new requirements and regular communications with them about release planning Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or other field of study (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 6 years' IT financial industry experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) with at least 2 years in Custody business focusing on either Corporate Actions or Settlements processing
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish and sustain effective, professional relationships - the role will require frequent interaction across senior stakeholders & teams
• Experience writing Requirements and Solution documents as a Business Analyst following Software development lifecycle methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of B@NCS application for Custody will be a major plus
• Strong Corporate Actions and/or Settlements knowledge in US Market.
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022 standards or ISO20022 standards.
• Testing or Production Support experience with any Custody application
• SQL

• Not Applicable The expected starting salary range for this position is between $130k to $150k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
